When can I expect my order to arrive?

UK Standard - Once your order is received, it will be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) via Royal Mail Tracked, please expect your order within 2-3 days of order confirmation.

EU and International - Once your order is received, it will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Transit time for major European Cities will be approximately 3-5 working days.

Rest of World - Transit time for the rest of the world will be approximately 7-10 working days. More remote areas can take longer.

PLEASE NOTE ANY CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE PAYABLE BY RECIPIENT ONCE GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN DESTINATION COUNTRY.

Want To Return Your Order?

We operate a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow the below steps:

Email takiya.uk@gmail.com with your return request and reason for return.

Return requests will be approved/denied within 2 business days (as per our returns policy)

How soon will I receive my refund or exchange?

Once the items have been received, we will contact you to process the refund or exchange, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

When will sold out items come back into stock?

For enquiries about out-of-stock items please email takiya@gmail.com. All our pieces are limited in supply, but we will always endeavour to find a solution for your needs.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please email our customer service team, takiya@gmail.com for any order amends. If your order has not already been dispatched, we will do our very best to make the changes you require.

How do I take care of my takiya covers?

If you need to clean your cushion covers, we strongly recommend dry cleaning only.

Why does the print look a little different to online?

When photographing the covers, the shine in the embroidery and the differing textures can lead to slight, apparent variations.

What sizes are the covers?

16” X 16” (approximately 40.5cm), 14” X 14” (approximately 35.5cm), 16” X 12” (approximately 40.5cm X 30.5cm)

Insert size guide

Inserts are easily purchased on Amazon, and most can be found in inches, as shown above.  They are a bit of a squeeze to get in but really keep the cushions nice and plump!

Caring for your takiya cushion

We recommend keeping out of direct sunlight or the colours might fade.

UK and Northern Ireland

Standard £6.95 - Once your order is received, the cover (not the insert) will be dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail Tracked. please expect your order within 2-3 days of order confirmation.

EU and International

Once your order is received, it will be sent within 48 hours via Royal Mail International Tracked (Monday - Friday).

EU £15 - Transit time to major European Cities will be approximately 3-5 working days.
